Seattle, WA Office The office is located in the Madison Park neighborhood of Seattle near the lakefront, two blocks from the eastern terminus of Madison Street at Lake Washington. This neighborhood is a small business, banking, and restaurant district within a residential area. Nearby parks, coffee shops, and bookstores are readily available. The office can be found on the second floor (Suite 210) of a 3 story elevator equipped building housing a Washington Mutual Bank at ground level. The E. Madison Street security entrance is located between the Allstate Insurance office and the bank and opens automatically at 7:50 AM.

Parking: There is ample neighborhood parking within one block of the office and many 2 hour slots on Madison Street in front of the building. Anyone with special parking requirements should call in advance for more specific suggestions.

An underground parking garage, which opens automatically at 7:50AM, can be reached through the alley in the rear of the building. A few unreserved garage stalls, usually filled by 9AM, are available to the public. Several businesses in the neighborhood have posted towing signs in areas of reserved parking.

Driving Directions: From I-5 North or South take the Evergreen Point Bridge (Hwy 520) Exit, drive eastward, and follow the Montlake Blvd exit ramp. At the traffic signal, continue straight ahead onto Lake Washington Blvd E, which will pass the Museum of History and Industry, and then wind through the University of Washington Arboretum. Near the exit from the Arboretum a traffic signal marks the intersection with E. Madison Street. Turn left and continue eastward toward Lake Washington. The office will be found on the left in the Madison Park Community, above the Washington Mutual Bank, about two blocks from Lake Washington.

From the Eastside take Westbound Hwy 520 across the Evergreen Point Bridge. Take the first exit onto Lake Washington Blvd E. and turn left into the University of Washington Arboretum. Near the exit from the Arboretum a traffic signal marks the intersection with E. Madison Street. Turn left and continue eastward toward Lake Washington. The office will be found on the left in the Madison Park Community, above the Washington Mutual Bank, about two blocks from Lake Washington.

From Downtown Seattle, follow Madison Street toward Lake Washington. The office will be found on the left in the Madison Park Community, above the Washington Mutual Bank, about two blocks from Lake Washington.

Metro Service: Metro Bus Service # 11 drops off across Madison street from the office.
