Attorneys with Maritime cases, please feel free to contact us to discuss a potential case.

ATTORNEYS WITH MARITIME CASES

If you are an attorney with a potential maritime case, please feel free to contact us to discuss a potential case and possible fee division. We will pay and divide fees as allowed and provided for in Washington Rule RPC 1.5(e)(2), which allows for fee division in accordance with services provided, pursuant to written agreement for joint responsibility and with client approval.

We would be pleased to discuss the particulars of any potential case, whether or not specifically for potential fee division, with legal counsel having a potential or actual maritime personal injury matter. We are participants in a maritime practice list-serve, which provides us instant access to potential input and discussion with many active maritime practitioners.

We are also prepared to advance costs, in appropriate cases, to ensure maximum representation on behalf of a client. Our financial resources allow us to advance up to $100,000 or more, if appropriate, for case costs and litigation expense, without the necessity of any outside financing.

We also have extensive contact with numerous experts in areas appropriate to maritime personal injury claim prosecution and litigation. Our bank of experts includes several marine safety experts and vocational rehabilitation expertise, which we have used both in case development and at trial. We also regularly employ an expert with a doctorate in physical capacities evaluation, who has also testified in numerous cases on behalf of our clients. We are also prepared to make appropriate referral for most any medical condition, to casehardened testifying physicians.

If you have a case you would like to discuss,
please telephone us at (206) 524-4000,
or toll free at 1-800-SEASALT (1-800-732-7258),
or email us at help@maritimeinjury.com.
Incoming help inquiries are monitored seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
